Brief Description
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Relationship Manager to join our Equity Broking team. The role involves acquiring and managing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and providing investment solutions across equity and related financial markets. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of capital markets, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build long-term client relationships in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Job Responsibilities
* Acquire new clients through various channels including referrals, cold calling, and network development * Manage, retain, and grow an existing portfolio of retail and HNI clients * Provide investment advisory across Equity, Derivatives, Commodities, Mutual Funds, and other financial products * Achieve assigned revenue and business targets through cross-selling and upselling of financial products * Regularly engage with clients to understand their investment needs and provide suitable solutions * Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure high satisfaction and retention * Monitor market trends and provide timely updates, insights, and investment opportunities to clients * Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelinesQualifications and Skills
* Graduate or Postgraduate degree (Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred) * 1–5 years of experience in stock broking, financial services, or wealth management preferred * Freshers with strong understanding of capital markets may also be considered * Good understanding of equity markets, mutual funds, derivatives, and investment products * Strong sales orientation and relationship management skills * Sound knowledge of capital markets and financial instruments * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills * Ability to work in a target-driven and performance-based environment * Strong networking and client acquisition capabilities * Customer-focused approach with ability to build long-term trust * Basic understanding of financial markets and investment concepts * Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) is an added advantageHow to apply
