Job Description
- Provide comprehensive pediatric care and management to patients in the pediatrics ward on a rotational basis.
- Conduct thorough pediatric assessments and evaluations, ensuring accurate diagnosis and treatment plans.
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatments as necessary to ensure optimal health outcomes.
- Administer intravenous therapy and other medical interventions as required, adhering to established protocols.
- Evaluate the growth and development of pediatric patients, providing guidance and recommendations to families.
- Offer family counseling and education to support understanding of medical conditions and treatments.
- Deliver emergency support and interventions in pediatric emergencies, ensuring swift and effective care.
- Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with medical and legal requirements.
