Shriram Life Insurance is seeking a dynamic Regional Operations Coordinator to join our team in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand.
Role Overview
As the operational backbone of our regional agency network, you will support business growth, ensure compliance, and drive digital adoption across the region.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end operational activities for Agency offices.
• Ensure documentation accuracy and timely policy issuance.
• Monitor compliance with IRDAI regulations and company SOPs.
• Coordinate with Sales, Underwriting, and Operations teams.
• Maintain operational dashboards and performance reports.
• Drive adoption of digital tools and agency applications.
• Support regional leadership with operational insights.
Requirements
• Experience: 3–10 years.
• Qualification: Graduate / MBA.
• Skills: Life Insurance Operations experience (Agency/Distribution preferred), strong MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Reporting & Analysis), and experience with CRM/Insurance software.
• Attributes: Excellent communication mmunication, stakeholder management, strong problem-solving abilities, and high attention to detail.
