Job Title: Regional Customer Experience Executive - TN & Kerala



We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Customer Experience Executive to join our team. As the Regional Customer Experience Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing and improving the overall customer experience within the region.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Train and mentor team members to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to customer experience


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Proven experience in customer service or customer experience management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities

Work Experience

As the Regional Customer Experience Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing the number of complaints and Root Cause Analysis (RCA), as well as managing the onboarding process for new stores and renovated stores. You will also be in charge of collecting and sharing Delight Stories and monitoring the Mystery Customer Scores (MCS).



In addition, you will be responsible for implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for new formats and ensuring compliance with grooming standards, fragrance, music, and new initiatives. Your role will also involve finding ways to improve Net Promoter Scores (NPS) and Google My Business (GMB) ratings for the region.
