Job Description:

Codewinglet Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and motivated IT Recruiter Interns to join our HR Recruitement team. This role offers hands-on experience in end-to-end technical recruitment, providing an opportunity to learn and contribute to hiring top technology talent for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and identify candidates for technical roles such as Software Developers, QA Engineers, UI/UX Designers, and other IT positions.
• Screen resumes based on technical skills, experience, and job requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and qualification calls.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical interview panels.
• Maintain candidate records, recruitment trackers, and hiring databases.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Assist in scheduling interviews and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
• Learn and adhere to internal recruitment processes, policies, and hiring standards.
