We are looking for RAMS Engineer
Conducting safety assessments and maintenance analyses (RAM/LCC) during the design phase
Provision of technical information for maintenance at the customer's site (operator/maintenance provider)
Systematic collection of maintenance experience, processing, provision for the engineering specialist groups
Technical processing of enquiries regarding RAMS/LCC, responsibility for deadlines, costs and quality for EN projects; Conducting training sessions at the customer's premises

We are looking for RAMS Engineer
Conducting safety assessments and maintenance analyses (RAM/LCC) during the design phase

Technical processing of enquiries regarding RAMS/LCC, responsibility for deadlines, costs and quality for EN projects; Conducting training sessions at the customer's premises
You’ll make a difference by
- Creating, editing, organizing, regulating, and controlling the creation of maintenance documentation for bogies, in English language. Compliance with legal, internal minimum, and project requirements. Responsibility for deadlines, costs, and quality of maintenance documentation.
- Creation, review, or approval of development documents (specifications, drawings, RAMS, FMECA, LCC) relating to maintenance, documentation, and training in coordination with the RAMS/LCC engineer and the component and segment team
- Design of maintenance concepts in consultation with the component team and segment team
- Gathering of maintenance experience from operators and maintenance personnel
- Obtaining, evaluating, maintaining, and providing relevant maintenance data (actual service life, wear behavior, operating conditions, infrastructure, logistics process, operating procedures, etc.) as well as field data collection.
- Processing EN work packages in accordance with technical specifications, requirements and functional specifications, and customer requirements.
- Conducting clarifications with engineering partners (provisions, car bodies, suppliers, etc.).
- Maintaining contact with suppliers in consultation with the component team
- Ensuring product safety by adhering to the processes and methods defined by the line and by warning the line if these methods or the development results produced with them do not comply with legal requirements and recognized technical rules
- Organization and implementation of trial dismantling. Recording and processing of maintenance-related data. Initial assessment of components or organization of detailed assessment by experts from EN specialist groups.
- Recording and management of customer inquiries regarding maintenance.
- Preparation, organization, and implementation of customer training courses on design and maintenance, worldwide.
- Collaboration on technical supplier evaluation from a RAMS perspective and on warranty issues.
- Technical representation and presentations at customer sites.
- Conducting training sessions at the customer's premises
- Several years of industry experience required (5–8 years)
- Good knowledge in a technical field or business method including the basic theoretical background.
- Contributes to team effort, awareness of expected value add.
- Solid knowledge of theoretical foundation in a technical field or method with a focus on growing practical experiences.
