About the Role

MWB Tech is seeking a motivated and skilled Python Developer with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in software development. The ideal candidate should have strong Python programming skills, exposure to AI tools and automation technologies, and a passion for building efficient and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain Python-based applications and solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices.
• Integrate APIs and third-party services into applications.
• Work on automation, data processing, and backend development projects.
• Utilize AI-powered tools to improve development productivity and solution delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
• Maintain technical documentation and project reports.

Required Skills

• 1+ years of hands-on experience in Python development.
• Strong understanding of Python frameworks and libraries.
• Experience with REST APIs and API integrations.
• Knowledge of databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Familiarity with Git and version control systems.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and coding standards.
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor AI, or similar tools for development and productivity enhancement.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Flask, Django, or FastAPI.
• Basic understanding of Machine Learning or AI concepts.
• Experience with cloud platforms is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of automation tools and scripting.
