About The Role

This role is for an experienced scriptwriter and storyteller passionate about turning ideas into creative collateral that attracts and engages our target audiences. You should have prior experience in script writing, video production, and managing writers with a knack for marketing.

What You'll Do

• Scriptwriting: Develop engaging and innovative scripts for promotional videos, advertisements, and marketing campaigns in Hindi. Experiment with dialogues, narrations, and other storytelling styles to bring engagement to promos.
• Storyboard sheet: Create a shot breakdown sheet for the scripts written, and be thorough with the motion and animation required in the video.
• AI Integration: Leverage AI tools to enhance storytelling and create unique and memorable content.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, audience preferences, and competitors' strategies to inform scriptwriting and ensure content resonates with target demographics.
• Feedback Integration: Proactively seek and incorporate feedback from internal stakeholders to refine and enhance scripts.

Qualifications:

1. A strong portfolio focused on script writing, particularly in the realm of promotional content and marketing campaigns
2. Strong understanding of storytelling principles, narrative structure, and audience engagement.
3. A passion for Bollywood, Indian pop culture, and the creative arts.
4. Familiarity with AI technology and a keen interest in exploring innovative storytelling approaches.
5. Demonstrate flexibility in adapting writing style and tone to suit different genres, themes, and promotional goals.
6. Ability to pivot between various projects and meet tight deadlines.
7. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
