Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The Project Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, create schedules, allocate resources, and manage risks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects through all phases of the project lifecycle.
• Define objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop in detail, the project scope, plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Allocate resources and track progress against timelines and milestones.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Communicate project status, updates, and risks with concerned parties.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality products that meet client expectations.
• Continuously monitor and improve project management processes.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Project Management.
• Proven experience, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
• Strong understanding of project management methods & best practices.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Possesses the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in effectively utilizing project management tools and software.
• Foster collaboration and teamwork among project team members.
• Having PPM or CAPM certification will be considered valuable.
