Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead and deliver complex client projects across AI, data, and operations domains. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing cross-functional teams, driving execution, and ensuring successful project delivery while balancing timelines, budgets, quality, and stakeholder expectations.

You will play a critical role in launching and scaling 0-to-1 initiatives, building operational frameworks, and driving strategic outcomes for clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

• Lead end-to-end project management from initiation through successful delivery.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and success metrics.
• Develop project plans and ensure timely execution against defined goals.
• Drive 0-to-1 client initiatives and operational programs.

Resource & Budget Management

• Manage project budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation.
• Optimize team utilization and ensure efficient deployment of resources.
• Monitor project costs and proactively address budget variances.

Team Leadership

• Lead cross-functional teams across operations, product, AI, engineering, and business functions.
• Establish clear ownership, accountability, and performance expectations.
• Mentor team members and foster a culture of collaboration and execution excellence.

Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and senior leadership.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and ensure alignment on priorities and deliverables.
• Provide regular updates on project status, risks, dependencies, and outcomes.

Risk & Issue Management

• Identify project risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks proactively.
• Develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
• Drive timely resolution of issues to minimize project impact.

Quality & Process Excellence

• Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
• Implement best practices, frameworks, and processes to improve project execution.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across project workflows.

Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, risk registers, and post-project reviews.
• Track and report key project metrics, milestones, and performance indicators.
• Present project updates and recommendations to leadership and clients.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in project management, program management, operations, consulting, or related roles.
• Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects from initiation to completion.
• Experience working in startup, high-growth, or fast-paced environments.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, ClickUp, Notion, Monday.com, or similar platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Management, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with AI, data annotation, LLM, machine learning, or technology-driven projects.
• Experience managing client-facing projects and distributed teams.
