Project Management Officer (f/m/x)

We are looking for a Project Management/ PMO professional to support global projects through effective governance, planning, reporting, and stakeholder coordination. The role will focus on tracking project health, KPIs, milestones, risks, dependencies, financials, and resources while supporting scheduling, scope, and change management activities.

Your tasks

• Maintaining project governance processes, documentation, and RAID logs
• Tracking KPIs, milestones, dependencies, risks, and overall project health
• Preparing project status reports, dashboards, and management updates
• Coordinating stakeholder and governance meetings and supporting project planning
• Monitoring project financials, resource allocation, scheduling, and change management
  
  

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in Project Management/ PMO roles
• Hands-on experience with project governance, RAID logs, KPIs, and project reporting
• Experience in stakeholder coordination, project planning, scheduling, and change management
• Strong English language fluency, both written and verbal
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and tracking project financials and resource allocation
