Project Coordinator, Grade-I

Job Description

Support Project Manager/Engineer to provide administrative support to deliver projects on time, within specified cost and schedule. Liaise with global cross functional teams and provide required coordination support to complete projects as planned.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with all functional teams and shared services to get the project tasks executed
• Maintain all relevant documentation as per the regional project management practices (SoW documents, change requests, schedules, risk register etc.)
• Prepare and maintain project status/progress reports, KPI’s etc.
• Create and update MIS reports for project review and control
• Maintain all the project/task related documentation as per the project /customer requirements.
• Raise purchase requisition and track procurement activities as required
• Support project manager in planning, control, and implementation of assigned projects
• Understand project specific deliverables, timelines, contractual terms and conditions & agreements
• Communicate regular and effective project updates to all stakeholders
• Keep the PM communicated on project related changes according to an agreed frequency
  
  

Required

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate in engineering (preferred in Mechanical or allied branch)
• Minimum 4 years of industry experince, with at least 2 years of experience in project management
• Ability to communicate with multi cultural Project stakeholders
• Ability to work independently in limited supervision
• Ability to communicate effectively
  
  

DESIRED

• Project Management qualification / certification
• Knowledge of Project Management & Scheduling softwares eg. MS Project, Primevera
• Knowledge of MS Office 365, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Sharepoint and Peoplesoft
