Project & Business Development Manager (m/f/d) — India

ICODOS is a climate-tech startup developing deep-tech solutions to fight climate change, currently clean e-methanol plants. We're hiring a Project & Business Development Manager (m/f/d) based in India, focused on Gujarat and northern Maharashtra, our priority regions for Plant M's site and feedstock search.

YOUR MISSION

Secure all required partners and sites for our clean e-methanol production plant (Plant M) in India, and grow into the leader of our Indian business.

OUTCOMES YOU'LL ACHIEVE

- Sign 2 or more contractual agreements to secure site and feedstock, based on defined criteria, techno-economic analysis, and ICODOS management approval.

- Enable the start of the permitting process for 2 or more locations for Plant M.

- Lead in-person meetings with high-level executives on the partner side alongside ICODOS management.

WHAT YOU BRING — EXPERIENCE

- 2–5 years in business development, project development, or operations — ideally industrials, energy, chemicals, or infrastructure.

- Experience in a very intense environment (top-tier strategy consulting, investment banking, or high-growth startup).

- Knowledge of Gujarati and/or Marathi.

WHAT WE OFFER

- 22 days paid time off per year + local holidays.

- Salary: 1,250–1,450 USD gross per month via an employer of record.
