• Collaborate with leadership, IT, operations, and vendor partners to deliver projects on time and with excellence.
• Participate in governance meetings, capture key insights, and translate discussions into actionable plans.
• Own project tracking, progress monitoring, and execution reporting to ensure smooth implementation.
• Engage with stakeholders across departments to gather insights, solve challenges, and support decision-making.
