- Supervise production activities to meet targets.
- Monitor quality, safety, and efficiency of processes.
- Manage and motivate production team.
- Ensure equipment is well-maintained.
- Handle production scheduling and inventory control.
- Conduct safety and quality checks.
- Maintain accurate production records.
- Ensure product quality standards are met through regular inspections.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage material replenishment.
- Troubleshoot production issues and ensure minimal downtime.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure timely delivery of orders while addressing customer concerns.

- Reports to: Production Manager / Operations Manager
- Education : High School Diploma (or equivalent); degree in relevant field preferred.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years in Production Supervisor
