Production Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Production Engineer to manage and improve manufacturing and production processes. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth production operations, maintaining quality standards, minimizing downtime, and improving overall efficiency in the production unit.

Responsibilities
Monitor daily production activities and workflows
Ensure production targets are achieved on time
Improve manufacturing efficiency and reduce waste
Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams
Prepare production reports and documentation
Identify and resolve production-related issues
Ensure safety and quality standards are followed
Optimize machine utilization and manpower planning
Support continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering
Basic knowledge of manufacturing and production processes
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work in shifts if required
Good communication and teamwork skills
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
