How You'll Make An Impact

• Collaborate with Product Managers, designers and developers to build the product roadmap, define product requirements and deliver new features
• Find and apply data insights about prospects, customers, competitors, analysts, and commercial activities to validate hypotheses, set KPIs, and inform our decisions
• Driving product adoption with internal product enablement support activities and monitoring and triaging recurring issues
• Own a comprehensive view of execution performance by assessing releases against acceptance criteria, monitoring planned vs actual work delivered, and partnering with engineering leads to ensure alignment on expected outcomes
• Improve operational practices through scalable agile methodologies, ensuring efficient pre-production and production processes
• Influence and assist with strategic product vision to drive business impact and commercial success

• You are an excellent communicator and are collaborative, diligent and open in your working style
• You are curious and passionate about working with engineers to build great software for customers
• Technically savvy with a desire to know the details of how something is built
• You’re familiar with quantitative research methods and finding patterns and insights in the data
• You’re familiar with agile software development and have worked in a SaaS company before
• You have 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner at a B2B software company
• Interest in AI and willingness to explore AI-driven solutions to enhance performance and drive efficiencies
• Preferred Qualifications (Optional)
• Advanced Proficiency in Power BI: Extensive experience building complex reports and dashboards with a mastery of DAX and Power Query.
• Strong Data Mapping Skills: Proven ability to understand complex data schemas and create logical mappings between source systems and reporting layers.
• Financial Domain Expertise: Familiarity with FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) processes or accounting software structures is a significant asset.
• SQL Knowledge: Ability to write and execute SQL queries to validate data integrity and troubleshoot reporting discrepancies.
• User-Centric Design: Experience applying UI/UX best practices to data visualization to drive user adoption and "at-a-glance" decision-making.
• SaaS Integration Experience: Background in managing products that involve third-party integrations or embedded analytics.
  
  

Base salary range 1,573,851 - 2,129,328 INR
