This Position reports to:

• Implementing the product marketing strategy for Compact Substations & E-House, including defining and communicating product value propositions and product positioning in accordance with the global product marketing strategy.
• Achieving product marketing targets and budgets by overseeing progress regularly and defining and implementing improvement plans as needed.
• Executing annual marketing plan in collaboration with cross functional teams..
• Developing business plans focused on driving business development for a defined market.
• Conduct end-to-end tendering and bidding processes, including preparation of technical offer, deviation management, and technical layout preparation for E-House projects, cost estimation, price evaluation, margin analysis etc.

• You should posses Strong Technical knowledge of Switchgear Product Portfolio and working in Electrical Switchgear Industry.
• You have minimum 5-6 years of experience in Tendering / Design of Electrical Switchgear.
• Possess an enhanced knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Power Platform.
• You should possess strong analytical skills and Excellent Communication Skills.
• Degree in Electrical Engineering
• You are at ease communicating in English.
