We are now looking for a Product Manager who can help us conceptualize, design and test multiple new features and products being built out of here. You are a great fit if you thrive in a fast-moving environment, see the big picture and the tiny details, and are ready to do whatever it takes to get a product out and grow it.

This will be our first product hire and will be working closely with the founders and the founding team.

What You Will Do

  • Work closely with the founding team and founders to drive product at Recruiterflow
  • Define the long-term vision for our product
  • Make informed, bold decisions driven by both quantitative analysis and qualitative insights from customer interactions.
  • Drive product roadmap by collaborating with Product Marketing, Customer Success, Sales, and Support
  • Thrive in a collaborative team culture, tackling problems and developing solutions together in an iterative manner.
  • Ensure exceptional support for the product, helping users realise its full potential.
  • Bring your authentic self to work, continuously learning and growing.

Skills Required

  • Overall 4+ years of experience with 2+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS
  • Ability to steer through ambiguity and should be able to take charge.
  • Proven ability to create and manage a product roadmap with clear priorities and milestones.
  • Entrepreneurial experience is a plus
  • Comfortable using AI tools across the software development lifecycle, including user research, documentation, prototyping, and UAT.
  • Strong analytical skills to tackle ambitious problems and deliver customer value.
  • Track record of successfully launching and expanding products or significant features.
  • Experience working with engineers, designers, and analysts, and presenting to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
