Job Description
What You’ll Do
- Own end-to-end delivery of high-impact AI features — from idea to prototype to production
- Translate abstract ideas into working products in hours or days (not weeks)
- Collaborate closely with engineers who code faster than most people can spec
- Talk to users, read between the lines, and turn chaos into clarity
- Work directly with leadership (including the CPTO) on product strategy
- Balance speed with quality — build fast, but don’t break trust
- 3+ years of product management experience in fast-moving tech companies
- Experience shipping AI/ML-powered products (e.g. LLMs, GPT-based tools, recommendations, vision, NLP)
- You’re fluent in how models work — transformers, embeddings, fine-tuning, etc.
- Comfortable working with engineering — maybe you even prototype yourself
- Strong product sense — you know when to ask “why,” and when to say “ship it”
- Have an engineering degree from a Tier 1 college
- Have worked in a zero-to-one or founding team setup
- Read AI papers for fun and know what “RAG” means without googling
- Work with a CPTO who codes and engineers who ship like founders
- Ownership from Day 1 — your decisions matter
