Key Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
- Drive book growth by implementing new policies and credit decisioning frameworks for Two-Wheeler Loans.
- Lead sprint planning and management for product journey development, design, and go-live.
- Manage end-to-end project execution for existing and new customer onboarding journeys, including loan origination and booking processes.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects as per the annual roadmap and predefined timelines.
- Benchmark and implement industry best practices across all customer journeys.
- Maintain system stability to ensure uninterrupted business operations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute implementation plans for new partnerships.
- Recommend and implement process automation to improve service efficiency.
- Liaise with the tech team for successful integration with external partners to achieve faster turnaround times and improved processes.
- Work closely with risk teams to ensure all technology builds are compliant with regulatory and internal standards.
- Monitor and prevent unethical practices, and continuously improve customer journeys.
- Identify new development requirements to enhance user experience and support business scale-up.
Education
- Graduation: B.Sc, B.Tech, BCA, B.Com, or BBA.
- Post-graduation: MBA or PGDM.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in product or program management, preferably in vehicle finance or consumer lending.
- Strong project management and sprint planning capabilities.
- Deep understanding of loan origination systems and customer onboarding journeys.
- Technical proficiency in API integrations, automation, and UI/UX development.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- High attention to detail, compliance orientation, and execution focus.
