Prescription Engineer Looking for a Prescription Engineer supporting consultant engagement and specification development to drive the adoption of Siemens solutions in the datacenter market Core Responsibilities

• Engage with consultants, designers, and key stakeholders during the project specification phase.
• Support the development and execution of consultant engagement strategies and playbooks.
• Create and maintain reference architectures for datacenter solutions.
• Develop compliant technical specifications aligned with:

o Industry standards o Regulatory requirements o Market segment needs

• Promote Siemens solutions to ensure inclusion in project specifications and standards.
• Enable sales teams, partners, and local business units (LCBs) with prescription-related guidance and technical expertise.
• Support datacenter projects throughout the design and specification stages.
• Ensure solutions comply with relevant datacenter construction, certification, and auditing requirements.
• Monitor market trends, industry standards, and customer requirements to influence future specifications.
• Collaborate with global and regional teams to accelerate market adoption and successful project execution.

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Datacenter infrastructure knowledge.
• Understanding of industry standards, certifications, and compliance requirements.
• Technical specification writing and solution architecture experience.
• Consultant and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Experience working with global customers, consultants, and project teams.
