Preferred Relationship Manager - Branch Banking

  • Manage and develop relationships with Preferred/affluent banking customers.
  • Acquire new customers through references, leads, branch walk-ins, and local market activities.
  • Sell banking products such as savings/current accounts, fixed deposits, mutual funds, insurance, loans, credit cards, and investment products as applicable.
  • Achieve assigned sales, revenue, and customer acquisition targets.
  • Understand customers’ financial needs and provide suitable product solutions.
  • Maintain regular contact with existing customers and identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
  • Ensure high-quality customer service and resolve customer queries or coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
  • Generate leads through customer referrals and networking.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and bank policies.
  • Coordinate with branch operations and other departments for smooth processing of customer requests.
  • Monitor portfolio performance and deepen relationships with existing customers.
