Preparations for Board, and other Committee meetings including interaction with various internal stakeholders
Assist in compliance with the provisions of Insurance Act and other designate regulations
Preparation of Directors report/ Annual report
Ensuring timely e-form filings, updation of websites, charter documents, policies etc

- Proficient in communication – 8 in scale of 10
- 6+ years of experience in Financial sector related to Distribution Compliance and Sales Governance, preferably from Life Insurance industry.
- CA/CS/MBA/Post-graduate in commerce.
- Preferred location Gurgaon-CO.
