Lead Technical Program Manager
As a Lead Technical Program Manager you will
Partner with a global team to drive infrastructure and development projects in cloud and data center environments
Use your technical skills and leadership abilities to architect clear project goals and drive end-to-end delivery for multiple concurrent complex projects to a successful conclusion Oversee project and program progress, automate status reporting, manage critical path risks and issues, and develop strategic plans to mitigate them through collaboration with partner teams

Drive a culture of continuous improvement through development and reviews of KPI dashboards related to project delivery and facilitate regular business reviews with our partner teams
We're looking for a Lead Technical Program Manager who
Is experienced in leading projects involving modern SDLC methodologies and Agile/Scrum practices as scale
Has deep knowledge of SRE, Cloud Engineering, DevOps and Security practices and experience working with leading cloud service providers and data center environments Has 10+ years professional experience in a Technical Program Management, Engineering Program Management, or equivalent roles and holds-relevant project management certification(s)
Has proven experience leading large, cross-team, technically complex programs with high ambiguity
Has strong technical fluency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), infrastructure, and platform engineering concepts, enabling effective debate with engineering leads
Has a passion for excellence, and is a natural and analytical problem solver. You should enjoy digging deep to understand issues and like solving hard problems, taking a data-driven approach
Is experienced in configuring and administrating Jira, Confluence, Asana, Excel, Project, Tableau and similar tools to drive efficiency
Preferred Qualifications
Experience leading initiatives in cloud operations, DevOps, or infrastructure organizations
Background in portfolio or PMO-style program governance
Experience with FinOps, cost optimization, tooling migrations, or enterprise-scale change initiatives
Comfortable building processes and structures where none previously existed
Experience mentoring TPMs or acting as a lead within a TPM function
