Connect2Learn is seeking a skilled and results-oriented Performance Marketing Consultant with mandatory experience in the EdTech industry and exposure to international markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing performance marketing strategies to drive qualified lead generation, improve conversion rates, and achieve measurable business growth.

The candidate should possess strong analytical skills, expertise in paid advertising platforms, and the ability to implement data-driven marketing strategies across diverse markets.

• Develop and implement performance marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Drive qualified lead generation and improve conversion rates through targeted marketing initiatives.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and implement optimization strategies.
• Manage advertising budgets effectively to maximize return on investment and minimize customer acquisition costs.
• Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights to enhance marketing outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing campaigns with business objectives.

• Prior experience in the EdTech industry is mandatory.
• International market exposure is mandatory, with an understanding of global audiences and cross-market marketing strategies.
• Proven experience in performance marketing, paid advertising, and digital campaign management.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, lead generation, and conversion optimization.
• Proficiency in analyzing campaign metrics, including ROI, ROAS, Cost Per Lead (CPL), and Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
• Strong analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to make data-driven decisions and optimize campaigns for measurable results.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
