- The Role
As a Partnerships Lead at Kustodian, you will play a critical role in driving strategic growth through partnerships, alliances, and collaborations. You’ll work closely with the founders to identify opportunities, build relationships, and execute partnership initiatives that help expand Kustodian’s reach and impact.
This is a high-ownership role suited for someone who thrives in ambiguity, communicates exceptionally well, and enjoys building from the ground up.
- What You Will Do
- Identify, approach, and build relationships with strategic partners across relevant sectors
- Lead conversations, negotiations, and onboarding with potential partners
- Develop and execute partnership and GTM initiatives to drive growth
- Work cross-functionally with operations, product, and leadership teams to ensure successful execution
- Represent Kustodian in external meetings, events, and partner interactions
- Maintain strong partner relationships and identify opportunities for deeper collaboration
- Track partnership performance and optimize processes for scale
- Collaborate directly with founders on business growth initiatives and strategic expansion
- We’re Looking For Someone Who Is
- An exceptional communicator with a strong command of spoken and written English
- Ownership-driven and proactive in solving problems independently
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Strong at relationship-building and stakeholder management
- Organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused
- Open to occasional travel for partner meetings and relationship management
- Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn
- Bonus Points If You Have
- Prior experience in partnerships, business development, growth, or founder’s office roles
- Understanding of GTM (Go-To-Market) strategy and execution
- Experience working in startups or high-growth environments
- Exposure to fintech, operations, or government-facing workflows
