Role Overview
As a Partner Development resource, you’ll play a key role in driving the growth and success of our partner ecosystem. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, onboarding and nurturing strategic partnerships that align with our company goals. Working closely with partner managers, marketing, and product teams, you'll help onboard new partners, support co-marketing efforts, and ensure partner satisfaction. Your ability to build strong relationships, communicate value, and execute joint go-to-market plans will be essential to expanding our market reach and accelerating revenue growth through partners. This will be a global role covering India, UK, EU, MEA and SEA markets.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and recruit new partners (via inbound & outbound channels) who meet the defined IPP and align with company goals and market strategy.
- Onboard (qualification, NDA and agreements) and train new partners to ensure successful GTM & integration into our ecosystem.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with partners to drive collaboration and performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams (partner managers, marketing, product) to develop and execute partner strategies.
- Assist in developing co-marketing and joint sales initiatives to increase brand visibility and revenue.
- Act as a point of contact for partner inquiries, resolving issues and escalating as needed.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of industry trends and competitor activities in the partner space.
Requirements
- Experience: 1-4 years in partner development, business development, inside sales in SaaS with a focus on revenue growth.
- Proven success in building and managing partner relationships.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with CRM, MR, and PRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Apollo, PartnerStack, etc.).
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Self-starter with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- MBA/PGDM degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
