Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Overseas Recruitment Manager to lead international recruitment operations, develop global client relationships, and manage end-to-end overseas hiring projects. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of international recruitment processes, client coordination, and workforce deployment.

You will work closely with international employers, recruitment teams, and candidates to ensure successful talent acquisition while maintaining compliance with recruitment standards and overseas employment regulations.

Job Responsibilities

Manage overseas recruitment projects, coordinate with international clients, and ensure successful placement of qualified candidates.

• Identify and develop new overseas recruitment opportunities and international clients.
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to candidate deployment.
• Coordinate with foreign employers to understand hiring requirements and workforce needs.
• Lead recruitment campaigns for Gulf, Europe, Africa, and other international markets.
• Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates based on client specifications.
• Coordinate candidate documentation, visa processing, and onboarding activities.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and provide recruitment progress updates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas employers and recruitment partners.
• Ensure compliance with international recruitment regulations and company policies.
• Work closely with marketing teams to promote overseas job opportunities.
• Prepare recruitment reports, placement statistics, and client performance analysis.
• Negotiate recruitment contracts, service agreements, and commercial terms.
• Monitor recruitment KPIs and achieve monthly placement targets.
• Resolve client and candidate issues professionally throughout the recruitment process.
• Stay updated with international labor market trends and immigration requirements.
  
  

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, international recruitment expertise, and excellent client management skills.

• Strong knowledge of overseas recruitment procedures and documentation.
• Experience working with Gulf, European, African, or international clients.
• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Knowledge of visa processing, immigration procedures, and employment regulations.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and business development skills.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet recruitment deadlines.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and international recruitment events.
• Fluency in English; additional foreign language skills are an advantage.
