Role description
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Planning Lead Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle EPM Cloud to lead design, implementation, and support of enterprise planning solutions. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, driving solution architecture, and ensuring successful delivery of planning applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end implementation of Planning solutions including Workforce Planning, Financial Planning, and related modules.
Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable solution designs.
Design and develop business rules, calculation logic, forms, and dashboards.
Manage data integrations using Data Management / Integration tools and automate data pipelines.
Drive application performance optimization and troubleshoot calculation or data issues.
Lead client workshops, solution walkthroughs, and stakeholder discussions.
Oversee UAT cycles, production deployments, and post-go-live support.
Ensure adherence to best practices, governance, and documentation standards.
Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance.
Skills
Required Skills & Experience:
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle EPM Cloud (Planning, Workforce, Financials).
Expertise in business rules, calculation manager, and data integrations.
Good understanding of financial processes such as budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Experience in performance tuning and troubleshooting.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with EPM integrations (e.g., ERP systems like Oracle EBS).
Knowledge of scripting (Groovy) and automation.
Prior experience in leading teams or managing client engagements.
