- Handle day-to-day operational activities and client coordination.
- Manage account-related activities and ensure timely service delivery.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports, trackers
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients to resolve queries and escalations.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Prior experience with e-commerce clients or in the staffing industry is preferred.
- Willingness to learn and take ownership of responsibilities.
- Work Schedule: 6 days a week.
