Job Description & Responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office premises Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors Handle photocopying, printing, and document filing tasks Deliver and collect documents within or outside the office Assist staff with basic office support tasks Manage office supplies and inform management when stock is low Open and close the office as per schedule when required Assist in arranging meeting rooms and office events Handle small errands such as bank work or courier services Ensure proper upkeep of office equipment and workspace cleanliness
