Job Summary:
The OEM Data preparation Specialist is responsible for preparing & managing THE product data (2D, 3D & Packaging data) based on OEM standards, with different CAD software. This role ensures the accurate representation of packaging data of our products by meeting the 100% Quality & Delivery targets for exceeding the customer expectations for every product delivery.

The OEM Data preparation Specialist is responsible for preparing & managing THE product data (2D, 3D & Packaging data) based on OEM standards, with different CAD software. This role ensures the accurate representation of packaging data of our products by meeting the 100% Quality & Delivery targets for exceeding the customer expectations for every product delivery.
Job Responsibilities
- Will be responsible to manage all business requirements related to IMDS system.
- Ensure compliance with global automotive material reporting standards and regulations through accurate IMDS submissions.
- Collect, review, and validate material data from suppliers to meet OEM-specific requirements and industry guidelines.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely submission of IMDS reports.
- Perform data quality checks and audits on IMDS entries to maintain accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Provide guidance and training to suppliers on IMDS processes, standards, and best practices.
- Collaborate with purchasing, engineering, and compliance teams to address material reporting issues and improve workflow efficiency.
- Monitor changes in international regulations and update IMDS processes accordingly.
- Maintain documentation and reporting for compliance audits and internal reviews
- Bachelor's in engineering (Except CSE, IT) with 5 to 7 years of experience in IMDS.
- Experience in handling or managing business processes.
- Knowledge in Environmental regulations like RoHS, REACH etc.
- Knowledge in plastic material properties and basic Metallurgy.
- Hands on experience in IMDS preferred
- Knowledge in PPAP process desirable.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A good communicator, open for challenges, explores full potential to achieve goals.
- Team player who actively collaborate and contribute to achieve the team goals. Highly motivated and help the team to achieve the goals together
- Self-driven and strong passion in achieving results. Highly accountable for the actions and act as owner.
