Dcluttr is an AI copilot for quick commerce. We are challenging a brand’s most trusted decision-making tool: gut feeling.

We sell a complex, data-heavy product to fast-moving brands. Your job is to make it click in seconds, whether that’s a product walkthrough, a LinkedIn post, or a 15-second ad.

We are not looking for someone average. We are looking for one sharp creator who can take a rough idea and turn it into scroll-stopping content, fast, with strong ownership from script to final cut.

Join us in disrupting the global quick commerce and e-commerce AI analytics space. As an early team member, you will work closely with the founders and the growth team, build our visual voice from the ground up, and grow rapidly in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities:

• Create motion graphics and videos for product demos, launches, explainers, and ads
• Turn dashboards, data, and product features into clear, engaging visual stories
• Edit short-form content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube that drives reach and demos
• Produce founder-led and customer story videos, from raw footage to polished final cut
• Build reusable motion templates, transitions, and brand assets so we can ship content at speed
• Work closely with founders, design, and sales to turn ideas into content that converts
• Use AI tools to script, generate, and edit faster than traditional production cycles

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in motion design and video editing, ideally for tech, SaaS, or D2C brands
• A strong reel that shows both motion graphics and edited video work
• Mastery of After Effects and Premiere Pro (DaVinci Resolve is a plus)
• Comfort with Figma for working with product UI and brand assets
• Hands-on use of AI video and image tools (Runway, Veo, ElevenLabs, Midjourney or similar)
• A sharp sense of pacing, hooks, and what makes short-form content perform
• Ability to manage multiple projects and ship quality work under tight timelines
• Hunger to experiment, learn, and build in a fast-paced startup environment
