Key Responsibilities
- Supervise HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire-fighting installations.
- Review MEP drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, consultants, and contractors.
- Monitor site execution to ensure quality workmanship.
- Conduct testing and commissioning of MEP systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and project standards.
- Prepare progress reports and maintain project documentation.
- Resolve technical issues related to MEP execution.
- Monitor material requirements and coordinate procurement.
