Tata Semiconductor Manufacturing Private Limited (TSMPL) is a greenfield venture of the Tata Group with expertise in manufacturing precision components.

TSMPL (a wholly owned subsidiary of Tata Sons Pvt. Ltd.) is building India’s first AI-enabled state-of-the-art Semiconductor Foundry. This facility will produce chips for applications such as power management IC, display drivers, microcontrollers (MCU) and high-performance computing logic, addressing the growing demand in markets such as automotive, computing and data storage, wireless communications and artificial intelligence

Responsibilities

• Responsibilities for transfer of 28-110nm technologies Mask related spec / definition from partner facilities. Work with Fab teams to enable smooth transfer
• Integration responsibilities to set up Mask quality and cycle time rule to 28-110nm platform technologies
• Co-work with Fab such like LT/PEI/Metrology … as needed, to implement / enhance Mask quality requirement.
• Manage Vendor on Mask quality and capacity /cycle time requirement
• Build up the Mask capacity and quality system

Qualifications

• Bachelor or M.S in Electrical Engineering, Science Engineering , IT Engineering , Math Engineering or equivalent
• Strong understanding of Mask related and Mask making process related
• Deep understanding of Mask quality parameter such like 3 sigma , tolerance ……
• Deep understanding of Capacity / Cycle time management
• Ability to work across different cultures and geographies
• Good team player
• Innovation and competitive mindset
  
  

Desired Experience Level

• 10+ years experience in the semiconductor industry, most of which will be in the Data Mask field
• Proven track record of successfully developing new technologies into high volume production
• Proven problem solving skills using design of experiments and analytical tools
