Marketing Coordinator / Administrative Assistant

The office of Cecil A. Ross Investment and Insurance Group is currently looking for a highly motivated individual with great discipline, perseverance, and a professional attitude to join our firm as the Marketing Coordinator for our growing office in San Angelo, Texas. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in our organization by assisting our staff with a variety of supportive duties. This position involves a significant amount of communication and offers room for advancement within the company.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be willing to perform each essential duty in an excellent and professional fashion. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 3 years marketing experience or a degree in marketing or finance from an accredited university
• Must be familiar with web design, proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, graphic design, and google docs
• Must possess knowledge and computer/data entry skills
• Must have attention to details and the ability to interpret procedures
• Effective interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills to resolve daily issues, answer frequently asked questions, and ability to judge the right time to escalate more complex issues.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Must be able to optimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels.
• Must have knowledge and skills to perform hyperlink configuration
• Keep front desk clean and supplied with all the necessary supplies
• Answer incoming calls, redirect them when needed
• Displays professional courtesy at all times
• Maintains a customer service attitude
• Must be able to speak publicly and give group/one-on-one presentations
• Provide excellent customer service
• Must be prepared to grow with the company by taking courses and expanding knowledge
