About The Area
The Marketing and Recruitment function is accountable for all marketing, brand, digital communications, and student recruitment activity that drives enrolment growth and builds UWA India's presence across the Indian education market. The function manages brand strategy, digital marketing, content and campaigns, UWA India's website and social media platforms, and student recruitment operations across Mumbai and Chennai. This includes managing relationships with schools, agents, and institutional partners, and overseeing prospective student engagement, admissions pipeline management, and conversion activity. The function works with UWA's central Marketing and Recruitment teams to ensure brand alignment while developing locally relevant strategies that reflect the Indian higher education market.

About The Opportunity
- Supports planning, implementation, and evaluation of recruitment and engagement activities, contributes to regional recruitment strategy, and represents UWA at education fairs, school visits, and agent training events across India.
- Manages and maintains the CRM system as the primary data custodian, conducts data analysis, and develops dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to support recruitment tracking and decision-making.
- Coordinates webinars and virtual engagement activities, contributes to marketing campaigns and digital initiatives, monitors agent performance, and maintains strong internal and external stakeholder relationships.
- Demonstrated experience working for or with an international higher education institution.
- Experience working with education agents and school counsellors in the Indian education market.
- Strong understanding of the Australian, Indian, and international education systems, including the domestic recruitment market relevant to a foreign branch campus in India.
- Excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and consistently deliver against agreed targets and KPIs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools, with confidence using digital communication and virtual engagement platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver professional and engaging presentations to diverse audiences.
