Manual Tester - Immediate joiners preferred

We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Manual Tester with 1–2 years of experience in software testing. The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and hands-on experience in manual testing, log analysis, and basic automation concepts.

The role involves validating application functionality, identifying defects, analyzing logs, and collaborating closely with development and QA teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform manual testing of web and/or mobile applications

• Design, execute, and maintain test cases and test scenarios based on requirements

• Identify, document, and track defects through their lifecycle

• Conduct functional, regression, integration, and sanity testing

• Analyze application and server logs to troubleshoot issues and identify root causes

• Collaborate with developers and cross-functional teams for issue resolution

• Support QA documentation and reporting activities

• Assist in basic automation testing activities and learn automation frameworks/tools

• Ensure adherence to quality standards and testing best practices

Required Skills & Experience

• 1–2 years of experience in Manual QA Testing

• Good understanding of software testing concepts and QA processes

• Experience in:

  • Functional Testing

  • Regression Testing

  • Defect Tracking

  • Log Analysis

• Basic understanding of automation testing concepts/tools

• Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools such as JIRA

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Good written and verbal communication skills
