Offer Quality Management
- Ensure end-to-end quality and reliability of launched offers throughout their operational lifecycle.
- Support the development and execution of offer quality strategies, processes, and improvement initiatives.
- Monitor offer performance to identify quality risks, reliability concerns, and customer-impacting issues.
- Contribute to achieving customer satisfaction, reliability, and quality objectives.
- Analyze field performance data, warranty data, service reports, customer feedback, and operational metrics.
- Monitor failure modes and reliability trends to proactively identify emerging quality concerns.
- Track and report key quality and reliability indicators, including Mean Time to Failure (MTTF), failure rates, and defect trends.
- Assess qualitative and quantitative data to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Investigate surveillance test failures, customer complaints, and field quality issues.
- Perform root cause analysis using structured problem-solving methodologies.
- Identify systemic issues and recommend sustainable corrective actions.
- Support verification of solutions to ensure long-term effectiveness and risk reduction.
- Assign corrective and preventive actions to relevant stakeholders and functional teams.
- Track action plans through closure and verify implementation effectiveness.
- Ensure timely resolution of quality issues and escalation of critical concerns when required.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to eliminate recurring quality problems.
- Establish feedback loops between customers, service teams, manufacturing, engineering, and product management.
- Share quality insights, lessons learned, and best practices across the organization.
- Drive initiatives aimed at improving offer robustness, reliability, and customer experience.
- Support process improvements that enhance quality performance and operational efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to company quality standards, processes, and compliance requirements.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to offer quality activities.
- Participate in audits, reviews, and quality assessments as required.
- Support continuous improvement of quality management systems and methodologies.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Competencies
- Knowledge of quality engineering, reliability engineering, and lifecycle quality management principles.
- Understanding of root cause analysis and corrective action methodologies.
- Experience with data analysis, trend analysis, and performance monitoring techniques.
- Knowledge of quality tools such as FMEA, CAPA, 8D, Pareto Analysis, Fishbone Diagram, and Statistical Analysis.
- Familiarity with quality management systems and continuous improvement methodologies.

- Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering,
- Experience
- Typically 3-6 years of experience in Quality Engineering, Reliability Engineering, Product Quality, Manufacturing Quality, or related functions.
