In our Mobile Solutions subdomain, we design and improve apps such as the Post & DHL app, the main app for Deutsche Post in Germany with millions of users or for our parcel locker network, thus helping millions of people to make everyday life easier. We rely on DevOps and work closely with our colleagues at the business side. Our way of working is characterized by agile methods, in which we are open to new technologies and best practices. We attach great importance to continuous training.

We are looking for a Team Manager to join our growing team in India; the role combines technical and disciplinary leadership and project management. Become part of our team.

What You Should Bring With You

• Demonstrated experience in disciplinary and people leadership within an agile software or product organization.
• A leadership style based on trust, empowerment, transparency and accountability.
• Practical experience in applying Servant Leadership and Management 3.0 principles.
• Proven ability to coach people, delegate decisions and support self-organizing teams.
• Ability to create psychological safety and handle feedback, conflicts and mistakes constructively.
• Experience in supporting individual development and building sustainable team capabilities.
• Experience in leading culturally diverse and distributed teams.
• Ability to integrate internal employees and external specialists into one collaborative team environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to connect teams and stakeholders across India and Germany.
• Good understanding of agile product development, DevOps and mobile software delivery.
• Sound business judgment and the ability to make decisions in complex or critical situations.
