- Lead strategic relationships with EPC contractors, Infra developers.
- Establish structured governance for large project pursuits (from specification to order closure to execution support).
- Ensure strong engagement during early-stage project influence (consultants/end-users) for specification advantage.
- Drive disciplined opportunity pipeline management, forecasting, and conversion improvement.
- Strengthen consultant and end-user engagement model for long-term specification wins by working with cross functional teams i.e Business development , Product Management
- Lead customer meetings, commercial negotiations, and conflict resolution where required.
- Build a strong customer-centric culture across teams with focus on long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (cluster teams, factories, SCM, services) to ensure end-to-end customer satisfaction.
