Job Description
- Accounting: Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance,
- Assist in month-end closing, prepare journal entries as necessary, analyze inventory evaluation, inventory roll forward, P&L and Balance sheet preparation.
- HO Requirements: Preparation of monthly, quarterly & annual accounts as per time schedule
- Audit Requirements: Statutory, internal and income tax related audit compliance
- Factory Requirements: Invoicing for customers, materials, wages and labor payroll
- MIS and reporting of scrap, yield, rejects and conversion cost
- Statutory Requirements: Direct & Indirect tax, provident fund, ESI deposit of dues & submission of returns as per rules
- Oversee the plants budgeting and expenditure, ensuring they align with the company’s financial goals
- Conduct variance analysis and identify trends to improve financial performance and cost effectiveness
- Analyze plant operations and costs to establish standard cost rates
- Assist in the development and implementation of plant financial systems and controls
- Support and assist internal department reporting requirements such as audit schedules, tax schedules and others
- Advanced knowledge of Financial Accounting, cost accounting, variance analysis, and budgeting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in MS Excel
