Purpose Of The Job

We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Process Automation Lead to guide our automation portfolio, identify opportunities, and deliver scalable, high-impact solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep, hands-on expertise with leading automation technologies, including Blue Prism, UiPath, Microsoft Azure, and modern generative AI platforms. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, the ability to design and implement end-to-end automation strategies, and a proven track record of driving process efficiency. Exceptional stakeholder management, clear communication, and fluency in English are critical to partnering effectively across teams and ensuring successful adoption of automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of process automation initiatives across the organization using platforms like Blue Prism, UiPath, and Azure.
• Identify, evaluate, and implement automation opportunities—including leveraging generative AI technologies—to drive efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance quality.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends in automation technology, agentic AI, and generative AI, and apply these advancements to continuously improve business processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—IT, operations, and business units—to assess process requirements and implement customized automation solutions.
• Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap for automation projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and the integration of cutting-edge tools like Azure’s AI services.
• Provide training, guidance, and support to teams adopting new automation tools and AI-driven methods.
  
  

You Bring

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 10+ years of proven experience in process automation, with direct expertise in Blue Prism, UiPath, and Microsoft Azure automation tools.
• Demonstrated knowledge of agentic AI and experience with generative AI solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and interpersonal abilities.
• Effective communicator, able to translate technical concepts—like generative AI and cloud automation—into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
• Ability to lead and inspire diverse teams in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Project management certifications (such as PMP or PRINCE2) are a plus.
