Job Description

Responsible for growth and expansion of direct sales and profit margins within assigned accounts and/or territory/region on products or services. Establishes professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts. Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and margin dollars.

Job Requirements

Key responsibilities:

• Manage the team of Sales Managers.
• Deliver revenue and accounts receivable targets for the assigned geography.
• Lead, manage, and support the sales managers to deliver the revenue and AR for their respective geography.
• Create annual operating plans (AOPs) and provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasting as per AOP to the Head of Sales.
• Create T&E plans and promotional activities for the assigned geography.
• Manage key customer relationships directly with minimal support from Sales Managers.
• Provide on-the-job product, commercial, and process training to Sales Managers.
• Provide necessary support to HR to hire high-quality talent.
  
  

Desired Work Experience, Education & Skills

• Minimum 12 years’ work experience in the Medical Devices industry/experience in selling medical devices or specialty Pharma products preferably in dental and MNC.
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in people and team management.
• Good communication and negotiation skills and ability to independently manage large geography.
• Ability to identify business opportunities and execute actions to realize the same.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to handle Individual Customers and key accounts.
• Strong value orientation and sales track record.
• Good understanding of the local language.
• Should be a graduate. Master’s degree in management is preferred.
