What role will you play?

In this role, you will diagnose and resolve AWS Cloud customer issues, manage service-wide communications, and improve support processes. You will collaborate with technology teams to transform application and infrastructure deployment, ensuring successful adoption and optimization of AWS Cloud solutions.

What You Offer

  • Strong technical expertise in public/private cloud environments, with experience in multi-cloud workload migration
  • Broad knowledge of system integration, considering architecture, security, and resilience
  • Skilled in scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI)
  • Proficient in infrastructure-as-code tools such as CloudFormation, with solid networking and security knowledge
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, able to work independently and explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
