Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development & Strategy
  • Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to achieve business targets.
  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities, partnerships, and business channels.
  • Drive expansion into new sectors, regions, and key accounts.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitive insights.
  • Client Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key corporate clients and decision-makers.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective account management.
  • Negotiate and finalize business contracts and agreements.
  • Team Leadership & Performance Management
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the B2B sales team to achieve targets.
  • Set KPIs, review performance, and provide regular feedback and training.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Revenue & Sales Operations
  • Drive revenue growth and profitability through effective sales planning and pipeline management.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Manage budgets, pricing, and cost structures for B2B operations.
  • Reporting & Analysis
  • Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and business insights.
  • Use CRM and data analytics tools to track customer engagement and sales effectiveness.

Key Requirements

  • Education: MBA or equivalent degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management.
  • Experience: Minimum 8–12 years of experience in B2B sales or corporate business development, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Industry Preference: [Specify relevant industry – e.g., FMCG, FinTech, Telecom, Retail, Logistics, etc.]
  • Skills:
