We are looking for a highly driven Product Manager to build and scale digital lending products and workflows. This role focuses on creating seamless lending journeys, optimizing customer acquisition and conversion funnels, and enabling business partners to offer lending solutions efficiently through a scalable platform.

The ideal candidate combines strong product thinking, customer empathy, analytical problem-solving, and execution excellence. You will work at the intersection of technology, business, operations, and compliance to simplify complex lending processes and deliver impactful financial products at scale.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for lending products, from ideation and requirements gathering to launch and optimization.
  • Design and implement digital lending journeys that improve customer experience and drive business growth.
  • Build and enhance workflows that digitize servicing processes, including paperless transactions and lending support systems.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, operations, and business teams to translate complex lending and regulatory requirements into intuitive product experiences.
  • Improve and scale platform capabilities that support advisors and business partners in managing customer relationships and lending activities.
  • Analyze platform performance, customer behavior, advisor engagement, and funnel metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Drive product enhancements that improve acquisition, activation, conversion, retention, and operational efficiency.
  • Work with stakeholders to prioritize features and align product initiatives with business objectives.
  • Ensure product solutions adhere to lending regulations, compliance requirements, and risk management frameworks.
  • Simplify complex business processes into scalable and user-friendly digital solutions.
  • Monitor product performance post-launch and continuously iterate based on customer feedback and data insights.
  • Contribute to product strategy and roadmap planning while balancing customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 1–5 years of experience in Product Management, Engineering, FinTech, or startup environments.
  • Strong understanding of digital lending ecosystems, financial products, or related financial services domains.
  • Ability to break down complex workflows and design elegant, scalable product solutions.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive product decisions and growth initiatives.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a structured and customer-centric approach.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, operations, and business stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and business conversations effectively.
  • High ownership mindset with the ability to independently drive projects from concept to execution.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities and ambiguity.
  • Passion for building impactful financial products that improve customer and partner experiences.
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence and Large Language Models (LLMs) is a plus.
  • Strong execution skills and a proactive attitude focused on delivering measurable outcomes.
