Job Description

Position Summary:

At Syngenta, our goal is to build the most collaborative and trustworthy team in agriculture, providing top-quality seeds and innovative crop protection solutions that improve farmers' success. To support this mission, we are looking for a Learning Delivery Advisor to serve as a trusted partner and consultant to our global network of Learning Administrators. You will work closely with the Global Learning Delivery Team, vendor technology experts, and the Group Learning Centre of Excellence to drive consistent, user-centric service delivery.

Accountabilities:

  • Provide expert consulting and technical guidance on learning platform functionalities, processes, and services available through the Global Learning Service Catalogue.
  • Develop and maintain user support materials, knowledge articles, and best practice guides to enable administrator self-sufficiency.
  • Liaise with internal teams and vendor technology experts to stay informed on system upgrades, enhancements, and end-to-end platform functionalities.
  • Support the deployment of mandatory training programs and manage platform user licenses, while identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation.

What You Can Expect

This role offers you the opportunity to work at the intersection of learning technology and people development on a truly global scale. You will gain deep expertise in platforms like Degreed and Docebo, build relationships with a diverse learning community, and develop your consulting skills in a fast-paced, evolving environment. As the role grows, you will also get exposure to Performance, Talent, and Employee Listening streams - broadening your HR career path significantly.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 7 years of consulting or advisory experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Hands-on working experience as an administrator on learning platforms (e.g., Docebo, Degreed, or similar LMS).
  • Proven track record of serving demanding customers across geographies by providing user-centric technical solutions and support.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate user needs into practical, sustainable solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Demonstrated ability to build credible relationships and influence stakeholders within a global matrix environment.
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity and delivering under pressure in a fast-paced setting.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Direct experience with Degreed and/or Docebo platforms.
  • Experience delivering training or creating learning content.
  • Prior work experience in HR or HR Operations.
  • Proficiency in additional languages.
  • Familiarity with performance management, talent review, or employee listening processes.
