What You'll Do At Pega

• Lead and drive scope definition, requirements analysis, functional and technical design, application build, product configuration, unit testing, UAT and production deployment
• Partner with our world leading clients to deliver high-quality technical solutions across all phases of the software development lifecycle
• Utilize your outstanding technical consulting skills to demonstrate new and innovative ways to implement software solutions
• Collaborating with a high performing Pega delivery team you will ensure the solution meets or exceeds your client’s expectations.
• Provide support and technical governance focused on one or more projects at a single client
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert to the organization and pro-actively respond to adhoc questions

What You've Accomplished

• Bring 12+ years of hands-on Pega experience, building and implementing model-driven, enterprise-level business solutions and applications.
• Hold a Pega CLSA certification, with deep technical expertise across Pega technologies.
• Led end-to-end delivery of medium to large components within complex enterprise solutions.
• Worked across application servers, programming languages, relational and non-relational databases, and integration technologies.
• Applied strong knowledge of Object-Oriented concepts, techniques, and principles in solution delivery.
• Managed multiple priorities and complex deliverables through strong planning, organization, and time-management skills.
• Collaborated effectively with business and IT stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into clear and practical solutions.
• Demonstrated the ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies and concepts.
• Delivered strong customer outcomes through ownership, collaboration, and a team-oriented approach.
• Demonstrated a proactive mindset and the ability to lead by example and go the extra mile.
• Comfortable working 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST.
